Order Cancellations

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, an applicable 2% payment-processing/cancellation charge may be deducted from the refund amount.

Once an order has been dispatched, it will no longer be treated as a normal pre-dispatch cancellation.

If an order is refused, cancelled while in transit or cannot be delivered, it may be treated as an RTO order.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & RTO

Returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations and Return to Origin orders are handled according to our Returns, Exchanges & RTO Policy.
